His car ended up dying across the street at Casey's due to the shop's negligence( which they admitted later) He was informed they weren't familiar with a Prius as well which should have maybe been discussed... After having to have his car towed to another shop, he was out over 600 dollars which they refused to give back. I have recently taken my car elsewhere as well

All the meanwhile the bay next to me had a vehicle with no oil in it and they dry started it twice. They offered to repair. When to the shop they recommended. Have not heard a single thing about taking care of it. Gone there for years. Keeps going downhill. Will not take any of my 3 trucks there again
