Nearly my entire car wash process was disrupted when the system stopped, and there was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION from the multiple staff walking past us. After waiting 11 minutes, we were simply directed to move our cars forward, with no completion of our washes because staff couldn’t restart the equipment. Two suggestions: 1. Don’t run cars through without drivers—this avoids unnecessary system shutdowns. 2. Have staff on duty who can actually manage processes, assist staff, and update paying customers. Not a single “Sorry for any inconvenience” or apology for the situation was offered. NOTHING!! Wow…

I do believe the price is too high, but it is within my budget to pay. Usually bad service, but.... Brenden dried my vehicle on Sunday and he impressed me. I watched diligently as to what he was doing-he took the time to actually dry and wipe down the interior! I let him know I was very pleased and promised to do a review. It takes an excellent service for me to even do a review.
