  Whoever you got working Clive (University) Mister car wash this evening, might want to reconsider. Pulled in before closing time and as I watched them let the car in front of me through (and as numerous other vehicles were still in middle of int clean they thought it would be funny to make me back out (as the two of them stood outside laughing) and not let me continue through when it was before closing time? Not sure why I am paying for a membership if I can’t use when I have only certain times I can go after my job let alone before closing time, whether it’s 10 minutes of 1 minute before. It would be nice if management can address this issue. Army post road crew always is great however. Will be canceling membership due to this.

  Dont waste your time if you want the inside clean. Got the highest lever interior package and honestly I'm not sure if they cleaned anything or not. They did watch the mats off it looks like that's about it.

  Unfortunately disappointed, paid about $22 dollars to have interior cleaned . The weatherTec’s were still dirty so I cleaned again the next day at home plu carpet underneath.

  It’s unfortunate that the Ingersoll location discontinued their interior cleaning service since they were so thorough and efficient. The Clive location, which seems to be the only one in the area with interior cleaning, never does nearly as good of a job. My dashboard and steering wheel were still covered in dust after my cleaning and my mirror looked like it hadn’t been touched.

  I recently visited Mister Car Wash - 8727 University Ave. Clive, IA. after my family and I moved to the Des Moines area. I purchased the Titanium package for $49.22, expecting a thorough interior and exterior cleaning. While the exterior of the vehicle looked great, the interior was extremely disappointing. For nearly $50, I expected the floors and seats to be properly cleaned and spotless, but that was not the case. The level of detail simply did not match the price paid. Unfortunately, I’m unable to post photos here to show the condition it was left in. I’m very disappointed with this experience, especially as a first-time customer. I would appreciate the opportunity for someone from management to reach out and address this issue. I hope this can be resolved, as I would prefer to support a local business if the service reflects the cost.
