  Got my brake pads and rotors replaced. Liked the guys working there, helpful. They will order a lyft ride for you while your car is getting worked on, which helps a lot. Only reason why I’m giving 4 start instead of 5 is because once my car was done, I left the parking lot, pressed on my brake pad it made a weird sound, so I had to go back. Apparently some kind of piece was bend and they had to replace it, so I had to wait 2 more hours for them to fix it. Disappointing, because I had to go somewhere else and missed my appointment. If that didn’t happen or if I was offered something complimentary for my time then I would have giving another start.

  I came in stressed out and Tim help me right away he was very professional and kinda It was definitely worth the 25 minutes drive i would definitely be back for me car needs

  Let’s be honest — no one wakes up excited to deal with car repairs. But my experience at Brakes Plus was surprisingly great from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and didn’t make me feel like I needed a minor in mechanical engineering to understand what was going on. They explained everything clearly, kept the conversation easy to follow, and managed to make the whole experience surprisingly enjoyable with their personable attitude and great sense of humor. It’s not every day you leave a car repair appointment smiling, but they made it happen. A huge shoutout to Mike, Phoenix, and Tim — they were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions, made sure I understood the work being done, and treated me with respect the entire time. It’s rare to find that level of customer care these days, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. The service was quick and efficient, and my car feels better and safer than ever. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the whole experience was smoother than my brakes are now. If you want honest service, good pricing, and a team that treats you like a person instead of a walking invoice, this is the place to go. 10/10 — would absolutely trust them with my squeaky, slightly dramatic vehicle again.

  I have been in twice now and if you want taken care of then Tim, Derek and Patrick are the men you need to see. My problem was diagnosed quickly and accurately. Everything was explained in advance as far as repairs and cost. The price stayed the same throughout the process which was something I was very happy with. All three men treated me fairly and respectfully and I could not have been happier with the experience.
