  When I rented, young man came out to car and sat in drivers seat to show me how everything worked. Usually I need to figure everything that out myself. And the next day, I had a follow up call from the Clinton office to make sure everything was in order. They also checked in twice before I arrived to rent just to check in, to see if I had any questions. Just excellent service from Clinton Iowa office! The vehicle was also clean, in good shape, and did not have that weird “cover up cigarette smoke perfumey” smell. When I returned the car in Joliet, Illinois,although the parking lot was crowded and lots of folks all converged on office at once, the staff were immediately warm and friendly, apologetic for the wait, and still took care of me quickly.
