It's an older dive of a store but I like the gas there

Yesterday I visited the Sinclair Gas Station in Hartley, Iowa. I was in need of a bathroom, traveling from the Twin Cities to Cherokee, Ia. First thing I noticed was they originally had a women’s & men’s restroom. But the women’s restroom was out of order. I’m guessing it had been that way for quite awhile, as there were boxes of stock piled up in front of the door to that restroom. I was shocked to find that the men’s Public Restroom was not handicapped available. No handrails to hang on to. I would’ve left but it was an emergency stop for me. When done going to the bathroom, I really struggled to get up off the toilet with no hand rails to assist me. It looked like this was a problem for other customers as the toilet paper dispenser had previously been pulled off the wall. Aside from the sink and the toilet paper dispenser there wasn’t anything to hang on to support me, as I struggled to get up. My knees are shot due to arthritis and old age! How does a gas station get by, offering Public Restrooms without having Handicap Handrails.?
