  These guys are the BEST!! I’ve dealt with a few shops in the past, but this shop was like no other!! They’re all knowledgeable, friendly and prompt with their service! Their work is exceptional! I’m very please with my overall experience and I highly recommend this shop to everyone in need of repairs!! They handle everything…another bonus!!(sorry guys, but thanks for taking that headache away!!)

  Top-notch service all the way. After hitting three deer, I was unsure what to do. Living in the area, I had several options for where to take my car. I happened to be driving through Center Point and decided to stop in. When I saw the sign, I remembered meeting Justin a couple of months earlier while golfing. When I walked in, I was greeted by Sean. Justin was not available at the time, but Sean immediately assured me he could help and got started right away. He assessed the damage, provided a clear estimate, gathered my information, and within a very short time had everything approved through my insurance company. From that point forward, working with Sean and Justin was an excellent experience. They are laid-back, genuine people who truly take care of their customers, which is not easy to find these days. To everyone else on the team whom I did not get the chance to meet, thank you as well. I will gladly recommend Complete Automotive to everyone I know and look forward to doing business with them again, though hopefully not under the same circumstances.

  EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service, communicative, honest appraisal, and estimate. Delivered exactly all necessary repairs, washed the vehicle and made sure I was Happy & Satisfied. This Small Business DESERVES our time & work! Dropped an overhead item on my spouse's new Subaru. Called two other shops, one did not respond the other never called back. Complete Automotive invited me in that day and we discussed two options. A first class repair! Sincerely Grateful.
