  I had purchased a wash, which happened to come with 1 free month of unlimited washes. The wash is so disgusting, it’s not kept well, and the staff does not come off friendly. I hate that no one guides you into the wash, so people will be right behind you, not safe! Super disappointed and will not be updating my membership anymore. Try Mister down the road instead! Much better experience there!

  I have been coming here sense they have opened and Rachel has been very nice she is very charismatic and also with a lot of my other friends and family that go their she always does her job very nice and I have never had a problem with her and the car wash.Tony g

  Signed up a went through and noticed vehicle still dirty and went through again. Still dirty. Talked to the young lady working and she said one of the brushes may be down. Went through another time and vehicle still dirty. Talked to them again and they said no refunds since I used the membership. I can’t know if it’s going to clean my vehicle or not until I use the service. Rachel at that location was rude and hung up. Called customer service and got the same treatment. $40 gone and dirty vehicle. Don’t use their club. Mister Car Wash is a much better club and better priced.

  I had a 3 month works gift card started on 12/15/25 to 3/15 26. I canceled my service on the app on 3/15 so they would not charge me for the next month. But that is exactly what they did. Charged me 48.14 for the next month. I called and talked to a guy who couldn't help me and he said to call back the next day and talk to Rachel. I called and talked to Rachel but was refused a refund or credit to my card. The only thing she claimed she could do was postpone the 48.14 month to a later date? That is a very poor way to do business. I was not late in canceling my subscription. I would definitely not pay 48.14 for a month subscription. Also, the quality of the wash has been going downhill. Leaves soap on your mirrors and does not clean my pickup tailgate at all. They definitely need to work on their customer service.
