  This gas station will trespass a paying customer for just come in at the wrong time we come in on a Saturday night around 1030pm the parking lot was full of cars and people we go in and use the restroom and buy a drink when we went to leave the cops had the exits blocked and trespassed everyone one in the lot it did not madder if you were a paying customer and was only there for 5min that's just wrong we did nothing wrong and get punished for being a customer

  I stopped at this gas station just to pump gas, and what should have been a quick stop turned into a nightmare. The employee on duty appeared to be heavily under the influence (high out of their mind) and came charging out yelling incoherently at me for no apparent reason. I hadn't done anything wrong—I was simply buying fuel like any normal customer. Despite trying to de-escalate and mind my own business, they issued me a trespass warning on the spot. This felt completely unprovoked and over-the-top. Buyer beware: service here can be erratic and hostile, and you might end up banned for simply existing on the property. I won't be returning, and I'd advise others to choose a different location in Cedar Rapids. Most gas stations aren't like this—stick to ones with professional staff.

  So sad that Maverik bought out Kum and Go. It’s gone down hill so badly and it hasn’t even been a full month since the change. They downsized the sizes of the hot and cold drinks but kept the same prices. I’m not paying for a large when the drink is a small/medium.
