- KCKena CMar 15, 20265.0I cannot express how satisfied I am with Enterprise at the CID location. They have been extremely accommodating with my rental and made the proper modifications due to weather. I would like to specifically mention Dillon who helped me resolve some issues I had with the modifications. And I’d also like to mention the girls at the counter, Hannah, Alyka, and one other girl I forgot the name of (sorry!) Everyone is always very nice and professional. Lacey at customer service also delivered great service. I have been using this enterprise location multiple times for the past 2 years, and I have never experienced anything negative. Thank you!!

- KHkevin heimsDec 19, 20251.0Poor customer service even very rude to my wife. We had a rental setup through toyota due to a safety recall on our van. I even verified pickup was anytime after 530 am. I unfortunately had to come to be added to drive it. So toyota shuttle dropped off my wife after work at 7am and they refused to help her becuae they didnt have a reservation anymore and gave away our rental. They told toyota and my wife they wouldn't help us and were only helping other customers. Thanks to enterprise we will have to drive 2 vehicles to christmas. Not to speak having to take my 2 year old out in 0 degrees for no reason. I will never use enterprise again and I would highly recommend any other company. Toyota is still working on getting us a vechle to fit our family but it might be after the holidays now.
