  I was disappointed in the lack of early communication regarding my rental request. I requested a 1/2 ton pick up and was given a Honda Ridgeline pickup which falls in the scope of a midsize pickup. Given what I needed the pickup for, our trip was extremely uncomfortable. I was told that it was an 'upgrade' because it was a 4x4. If I needed a 4x4, that's what I would have requested. Cab + bed space did not meet what was needed. But what would have helped would have been a phone call or early communication regarding that the vehicle I requested was not on hand. I was told at the counter when I checked in that "the two pickups that are here have recalls on them". As if someone could not have called PRIOR to my arrival to share this with me but instead was shared as I arrived and our trip was less than 20 minutes later. Extremely disappointed.

  I made a reservation, but unfortunately—upon arriving to pick up my vehicle—it turned out to have a mechanical issue. They helped me resolve the problem in the best possible way and offered me alternative options that were extremely helpful. The service provided by the staff at Truck Rental was excellent; they were also a great hel,.it is a great team .

  We frequently use this location for our families travel rental needs and always have a great experience. Today, we had an issue with one of our personal vehicles and were given the go ahead from our insurance company to work with Enterprise to setup a rental. After personally calling all Enterprise and Hertz (our insurance companies preferred vendors) locations between CR and Iowa City I was quickly realizing that securing a rental the week before spring break was going to be difficult, maybe even impossible. I settled on the first available being Thursday, at the earliest, for all locations. On a whim I stopped into Dodge Rd just prior to close to see if there were any other options to get us in a vehicle today. Kegan got it done, and we are so appreciative. He gathered my info, worked graciously and efficiently with his colleagues to get newly returned vehicles cleaned, keep the line moving and get guests escorted outside to inspect their rentals and get on the road as quickly as possible. We are so grateful for your kindness, professionalism and collaboration at the end of a busy day! We appreciate you guys and will continue to use and recommend your location for our future rental needs.
