I get asking once but we don’t need a 5 minute conversation about it after I’ve already said no. I also get the same wash for cheaper elsewhere.

However if you’re up-selling memberships while the cars waiting are blocking the roads perhaps you should take a page from Chick-fil-A’s handbook and send someone mobile to do so before they get to the window. When I finally got to the window & said I just wanted the $22 wash and the young lady started to up-sell I said nope, just want the wash. She continued on, I again said “just the wash” and her response, “Well ya don’t have to be rude!”. Rude for telling her 3 times I JUST WANT THE WASH.?? Nice customer service Tommy’s🙄
- AMAaron MacTaggartJan 25, 20265.0Don’t come here a lot and as soon as I pulled in to the cashier, Bradley was there to guide me through the different washes, I wasn’t sure which one I wanted and he let me know the different tiers and which one would clean the under body of my car. Definitely will be coming back to this location again. Bradley was super friendly and had a great positive vibe. I will definitely be coming back. This was at the Westside Cedar Rapids location! My car looks great too!!
