- LBLaura BlackFeb 13, 20265.0I got a new windshield about a year ago. I went through the car wash and came out with a split right down the center of my windshield. I filed a claim, and Jeremy set a time to meet with me and look at the damage. He didn't just tell me they wouldn't be able to replace my windshield. He helped me understand why. He was able to help me find a defect caused from when it was put in. If it weren't for Jeremy helping me to find the cause, I would be paying for a new windshield out of pocket. Thank you Jeremy!
