I know nothing about cars and I called them because they were the closest to my hotel. Austin talked me through some questions and told me I was safe to drive to them. He took time to get under the hood and run some battery tests for me. He also explained to me about batteries and alternator. He gave me advice and armed with the results of his tests I took the 2 hours drive back to DSM and directly to my dealership. With Austin, I would have been a nervous wreck! I also could tell they were clearly VERY busy and probably did not have the extra 30 minutes they gave to me. But they did anyway. They were so kind and took no money in exchange. I don't live in CR but if I did I would trust these men with my car, baby, PIN number, social security number....Thank you Ramsey! I MADE IT HOME SAFE!
