The attendant seemed annoyed she had to fill out a damage report and said they will need to determine if they are liable or not. Uh, you can see the drag marks from the roller brush…. clearly it’s from something in the roller. What a joke.
- AWAlyssa WatsonFeb 13, 20261.0This place has gone downhill. I used to come here often for interior and exterior cleans, but it has been a while (probably pre covid) and I decided to go back today. I got the highest tier interior and exterior clean. Honestly, save your money, because I just wasted mine. There were still bugs on the front and mirrors. The car was still dripping when it was supposed to be hand dried. Nothing was wiped down except for windows. I had to go somewhere after and vacuum the whole car again myself. When I got home I had to wipe down the whole interior myself also. Just not worth it.

Well it came so hard it busted my driver's side mirror right off. The management was rode the demeaned the incident they made it difficult for the insurance companies. In the end I did get my mere fixed but it was a headache. And it was funny because at the same time that I'm telling them that your car was just broke my mirror off another gentleman had came in and he was trying to collect on his two broken mirrors.

I felt really sorry for the poor employee being forced to wait outside, in the freezing cold, in order to do sales pitches to people who are very much NOT in the mood to talk to anyone or Make Decisions. I decided I would rather drive 5 miles to get a car wash at Kwik Trip instead. Give your employees a break AND a commission, at the very least.
