  The branch manager, Ashley, was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. My work truck was in for repairs, and she made sure I had the right vehicle to keep my business moving. She even coordinated directly with my insurance company to handle the expenses, which took a huge load off my plate. I can’t imagine renting from anywhere else moving forward. Outstanding service.

  Terrible experience with Enterprise in Iowa. When you’re renting, everything seems great — respectful treatment and easy process. But once you return the vehicle, they accept it without issues, and then days later, you start receiving bills for thousands of dollars for alleged scratches or damage they never mentioned upon return. This location is connected with a body shop, and it’s clear they profit from exaggerated repair claims. When I returned another van, more than six people came out to inspect it, opening and closing every door, pointing out tiny paint marks or tire wear, and even said the entire van needed repainting. Completely unreasonable. As a DSP renting commercial vehicles, I do NOT recommend this company. They are not honest, they don’t play fair, and they especially take advantage of small businesses. Ashley, who handles company contracts, only cares about closing more deals, not about customer satisfaction. If you’re a DSP, returning vans to Enterprise Iowa could cost you thousands in fake or exaggerated charges. Stay away.
