- KHkevin heimsDec 19, 20251.0Poor customer service even very rude to my wife. We had a rental setup through toyota due to a safety recall on our van. I even verified pickup was anytime after 530 am. I unfortunately had to come to be added to drive it. So toyota shuttle dropped off my wife after work at 7am and they refused to help her becuae they didnt have a reservation anymore and gave away our rental. They told toyota and my wife they wouldn't help us and were only helping other customers. Thanks to enterprise we will have to drive 2 vehicles to christmas. Not to speak having to take my 2 year old out in 0 degrees for no reason. I will never use enterprise again and I would highly recommend any other company. Toyota is still working on getting us a vechle to fit our family but it might be after the holidays now.

The guy at the counter stated we could downgrade to a compact car for the same price, no change to the downgraded price when we had reserved a luxury vehicle. He refused to cancel the reservation as well. We leave for our roadtrip tomorrow and have no rental car. We will not rent with them going forward.
