    Enterprise worked hard to get us a vehicle that worked with what we needed to do and where we needed to go. All of the staff were extremely polite and went out of their way and dealt very well with our insurance company while my car was in the body shop

    I’ve had good experience here but my most recent was terrible. I was told a Ford Expedition for insurance work and when I got there it was a much smaller Dodge Durango. The problem was the Durango wasn’t cleaned, had some damage, but the worst part was smelled horrible of pot. I’m not sure how they can threaten fees for smoking but then not even take it out of service as I am not a smoker. When we tried to use the AC it smelled so terribly we couldn’t stand it. I’m not impressed and would suggest the major rental company across the street. Don’t use this place.
