    Shadiest place I've ever gotten a car from getting a car accident have rental car and brucement on my insurance not supposed to cost me a thing they charge me a dollar a day for my vehicle lie to me about it and make me pay for it it's a shit show over there don't rent from this place

    I have rented cars over the years but I have to say that I am impressed with this 16th Ave SW site of Enterprise Car Rental. Alexis has been very helpful and has made my experience top tier! This is the place to go if you want to rent a car.

    Terrible experience from pick up to drop off, and months beyond. Tip: Demand paper copies of the rental agreement (mine didn't arrive by email, so I had to drive back and pick one up.) and at drop off. I was surprised when the charge arrived on my credit card, so I had to call for an emailed copy. To dispute the charges, the 800 number took my information and told me that the regional manager would be in touch. Weeks and weeks of calling - always a promise that the regional would call and nothing!!! Update - I contacted Enterprise as they asked. No help whatsoever.
