We go to get it and they refuse to waive the fee and said the reason was "Well you know, who knows where customer service is located." With a chuckle.. Not great service at all. Over $500 for 3 days is stupid crazy with 100% coverage on rental vehicles with State Farm. Heck no 👎 Also, they need to either train customer service better, location persons better, or both.
