- DDDanaJan 5, 20262.0I used to go in to this Brakes Plus a lot. For everything from transmission work to exhaust work and brakes. The guys at the desk and in the shop were always super helpful and willing to go above and beyond for the customer. They would work with me on cost (I'm not made out of money) and they would show me what kind of repairs needed to be done. The work was done well and at a good price. That whole crew of good guys is gone now and been replaced with another bunch that are anything but helpful. $500 to have a new battery put in? and that's just the battery! Emily said that was if they didn't find anything else wrong. I'm guessing they would find all kinds of things wrong to charge me for. I'll just skip Brakes Plus now. You lost a good customer.

I need an oil change (a month over due - I know, I Know) and I could book online for the weekend. Not only were they friendly and efficient, they took me back to see that my axel was leaking. Very personable and fast! Such a great price!
