- HLHayley Litz3 days ago5.0Big shout out to Roy for helping me with my car. I pulled into the parking lot next to Auto Zone due to my engine smoking.I thought it was on fire. Roy assessed the problem with my car & it was the housing clip and I lost a bunch of coolant. I bought some coolant and Roy offered to help fill it up and make sure I was good to go. Thanks Roy & Autozone for your help. It was very much appreciated!!!

- ABAndrew BeardsleySep 21, 20251.0Wish I could rate the people of the store. There is a ladies i do believe her same is Sharon she is a supervisor at the new store 4450 16th Ave SW. We have been shopping at this location since it open got a commercial account open at that location by the morning supervisor which is very nice. He help us with everything we need. When we need to get something in the afternoon is when we have problem. The lady is rude, and dose not act like the customer knows what they are talking about. We have had problem with her on many occasions. This latest one is we purchased a new start for our truck and out it in and after a couple of starts and drives it was having problem starting. We check the battery, the connection to the battery, the connection to the starter. We double and triple made sure that everything was good. So we took it back in and ask for it to be check. The kid that was working ther took it and tried hooking it up but had to ask the lady. She help him get started and notice something and said that was not good. The machine then said it passed. So she did not do anything else even after we ask why she said that's not good she just went back to what she was doing before we came in. So I went back, in the morning to have someone else try and saw her in there so I went to the other one down the street. They did want should be done. They checked it said the same thing "that's wired" and it said passed. Then they said that is not right one guy when and got the location on the shelf. The other worked on get the first one out then went to get the other one and did the test on it and got the it to do what it should have done on the first one. They got it switch out for me. They did everything step they should have. I have worked in customer service jobs over 20 yr. Its to the point we go there see her and go to the other store.
