  Alamo had just the vehicle I needed, when I needed it on short notice. Pick up & return we're pretty seamless. They told me to walk around the vehicle & inspect before i leave. There was a scuff in the paint. I didn't want to be held accountable for it, so i went back inside to show them pics. They came out & looked with me & said that wasn't considered problematic. Next time I'll know. This mids size SUV was comfortable, with plenty of room for my luggage & I got good gas mileage. Overall a great experience. Pic was the prior damage that concerned me.

  was not told I needed a credit card anywhere until the final moment. Of pick up. When I was told this the 2 employees proceeded to ignored me immediately. No advice. No offering of a cab. No number to call. No way to get to another rental. They also failed to mention you need a flight to even rent here. Why can I request a car for pick up 10 mins after my call if I need to be on a flight. I am now stuck at the airport with no hope for a cab or uber
