(this has not happened for me at other locations). Once she determined the code was a crank shaft sensor, Roy stepped in , and explained how easy it was to change myself, and save me the labor cost. I greatly appreciate the kindness and knowledge! I will definitely be back in this location! Thank you again!!!

Before I could finish he said in a bland tone "thank you for calling autozone" and hung up. I will skip this store in the future for my automotive needs. Possibly Oriley's has friendlier staff who atleast pretend to be nice and provide quality CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks for nothing.
