Many things were missed in the inspection though claimed to be checked. There were many shortcuts made and this makes me worry about what you get for the price (Which was 120$ but hey 10$ coupon given.) My report shows the following that I know was not touched: Cabin air filter - Checked ok (Nope. That's behind my glovebox, my passenger door was never opened.) Battery test- passed CCA (Nope. Mine is in the trunk, no tester was used at all.) Transmission was called out sealed - meaning not serviceable (AWD Car, differentials are inspectable but that was not checked nor called out) Service Reminder light - Reset (Nope, never told anything other than here's a sticker. Luckily I know how to do this.) During my visit, as I was the only one in at the time, I also noticed a concerning statement being made as an announcement to the techs about "This bottle is washer fluid, this diluted bottle is soap and water for checking tires" Which I understand that, however, working in a shop that's an OSHA violation, LABEL YOUR BOTTLES. While that might not seem like much of a mix up, what else isn't labeled? What else is not being done correctly? Too much missed to warrant returning to this location. Sorry guys I know how it is having worked in the same field, but it's every car, every time, you can't shortcut it.

And I asked if they ckd it when they were done they said yes when I got home and ckd it the next day the oil level was way up over the level line like about 4 inchs over the level point I won't go again unless they make it right
