- DHDavid HearnJul 7, 20251.0I have bought 2 campers from here, more recently tried to treat ourselves to a newer 5th wheel. They showed us a few, and we settled on one that my family and I liked. The only downfall was that the previous owners had a tire blowout that damaged some stuff on the side. We were told that there was an insurance claim out on it and that they were waiting on parts that were on back order and that when they came in stock again, that they would call and we could set up an appointment to have the repairs done. 3 months went by, and I tried calling. The parts are still not available, not to worry. We have the work orders here that show what needs to be done. 6 months, I call again. They literally told me that they have the work orders in front of them and that the insurance claim had been canceled cause the camper was passed to a new owner. What does that mean for me. They will not honor something that was agreed upon by all parties and in purchase agreement to be fixed. If and when i ever get results on this issue, it will be the last time. I would not recommend camping world to anybody. Save your time and money, and go to someone with some respect and integrity
