One time went next door to have a bulb changed and they said they don't change them - went to AutoZone and bought the bulb and they swapped it right out for me. Recently had to go in to have my battery checked and it tested bad but was still under warranty so they quickly looked it up and replaced the battery and I was out of there within 10 minutes.
