  Woke up to a car that wouldn't unlock this morning so I figured it was the battery, they were able to get a new battery but in for me in a couple of hours on a saturday.

  Lee was a friendly face when I first walked in for my appointment and had things moving right away. I appreciated the atmosphere right away. Sorry Lee, but you owe Cody a lunch. Cody was great with explaining the overall fix and gave me a fair quote for the overall cost. I appreciate the honesty and transparency. Would recommend anytime!

  I used to struggle to find a reliable shop for car repairs but I've never had any complaints about Brakes Plus and have been exclusively going to them for the past few years. Lee helped me the last couple times I was in with getting my appointments scheduled, calling with updates, and ringing me up. He and the entire rest of the staff are always super friendly and courteous, and they even stayed late past close on a Friday to get me my car back before the weekend!

  Highly recommend. Cody has been so helpful to me as a parent from out of state with a child attending UNI. They have been helpful on multiple occasions when my child had vehicle issues. 10/10

  I cannot be more thankful for everyone in this shop. Aimee is so smart and so kind and kept me in the loop for my absolutely horrible situation I was in. I was getting an oil change at Jiffy Lube and got my car back and went to put my car in gear to leave and my break hit the floor.... terrifying I went in they said there was a leak and they won't touch it. They told me to drive home to Waverly and then get it to the shop. I immedietly called here and they got me in and out same day. They agreed I should have never driven even the short drive to here but anyways.... they got me a ride back to Waverly while they worked. I am so thankful this shop they have my business forever and highly highly recommend for women because they don't try to screw you over with fictional car issues they will even show you what the issue is, what the broken part is, what it does, what EXACTLY they are going to do, give an estimate and then let you make your choice. Anyways.... so so so happy with them. Bless them all and there business.
