Michelle, the MOD was very helpful and polite and trying her best to help us hut still don’t not work. It has been 10 minutes of trying multiple transactions and restarting the computer and it still has not been resolved. This has happened before and I am disappointed yet again, I am very frustrated. Although I had a bad experience during checkout, the employees were very nice and made this bad experience more bearable.
