They explained everything very clearly when I was confused and didn’t judge me when I had questions. One team member stood out in particular- Jayde. She had friendly conversation with me during the oil change and also gave me a list of recommendations that I might need to have done to my vehicle! She was very nice and personable and made me feel comfortable in a place outside of my comfort zone. Usually going to get an oil change is not a fun experience for me as I feel out of place and like I don’t know anything, but the staff welcomed me and helped me. When I left all the staff said goodbye as well. Overall I had a great experience and I will definitely be returning. Again, special shoutout to Jayde for her awesome customer service and for being so understanding and helpful to me.

The atmosphere with the workers is always upbeat, and it is a fun experience just hearing them interact. I don’t know much about cars, but I don’t feel like they’re trying to pull one over on me. I will continue to come here to have my car serviced.

When it came time to check the cabin filter, he was careful yet efficient in opening the glove box and making his way through all of the obstacles to replace the filter. We were super impressed with Pedro and will most definitely recommend Pedro and this Valvoline location to all we know. Thanks for a great visit and thanks for taking fantastic care of our vehicle.
