- WOWillie Outlaw1 day ago5.0I recently purchased a 2007 Acura MDX, I do all of own maintenance but couldn't change the oil due to a damaged and overtightened oil drain plug. The previous owners had Jiffy Lube change the oil last, must have been a mechanic reject. They didn't even put a seal on the plug! Your crew was able to get the damaged plug off and change my oil. Super happy with your personnel and was pleased to see female crew members who were so professional and courteous. Please pay these people well so that you can keep them. Good workers ARE HARD TO FIND THESE DAYS! I'm considering them doing my oil, transmission and differential fluid in the future!

Anyway this was my 16yo sons first time getting an oil change and she was amazing helping him through the process easily. We take for granted even the normal interaction we have as adults that young people have to learn. With that being said, the team lead by my JTT? Sorry I have a memory problem but they were awesome. 👏 So thank you again. (PS I was in the car and watched this unfold ) 😀
- JHJason HonDec 20, 20252.0Went in for a quick oil change. They git me into a bay quickly but then no one said anything to me for a least 10 min. After that they started the oil change and switching out a dead light in the back of my car. It took them 45 minutes to replace one light and change my oil. The employee trying to change my light was clearly struggling but she did not get any help even though there was around half a dozen others employees around. Everyone was more than friendly and they did apologize for the wait but taking almost an hour was incredibly inconvenient and they forgot to give me a new sticker for the oil change. Will be taking my business somewhere else next time.
