  Terrible service. All they try to do is upsell you on packages even after MULTIPLE TIMES SAYING NO. They take your card and won't swipe it until they are done with their pitch. Why make your high school staff do aggressive upselling? Not to mention the wash itself was very mid, overpriced and has a terrible dry. I was reluctant to go back a second time and definitely regret it. You would think that when your entire review section is filled with complaints about the aggressive upselling that they would perhaps make changes to their approach. Obviously not. This is a super convenient location for me but it's very unfortunate that it absolutely sucks. If I could leave negative stars I would.

  It’s a fine Carwash, I’d review higher if the sales people weren’t so pushy. Every time I go for a single wash I have to tell them 3-5 times that I don’t want a membership. I refuse to pay ANOTHER subscription for something like a carwash, but they won’t take no for an answer. I’d be more apt to buy a package or even visit more often if the experience was more pleasant.

  Wash was fine, but the membership sales push is out of control. Don’t support a business that pressures their employees this much

  I was upsold a membership my first time going. I wanted to try it out first, but each time I said I wanted just a single wash, I was offered a better deal. When I got out at the store I noticed the back of the car...bummer. Now I have to go through the hassle of canceling, which they do make more difficult. I was told I can "manage" my membership online when I specifically asked about the term and canceling. I again asked about cancelation and they reiterated I can "manage" my membership online. After asking a third time I was told I would have to call if I ever needed to cancel. I hope its not difficult.

  This is what a $22 car wash gets you at Shine Shop. They need somebody doing pre-washes by hand at the beginning during the winter months or this happens.
