  I had an excellent experience here! Shout out to Trey, my service advisor, for being extraordinarily helpful and friendly. First time I’ve gone in for an oil change with suggested services but felt no pressure, or guilted into feeling my car would explode if I didn’t do them. Price for services were very reasonable and a good value. No complaints there at all. You’ve got a repeat customer with our family’s fleet. Thank you!

  I usually change the oil in my own vehicles, but needed to get one done for my niece. LOF Xpress exceeded my expectations—quick, convenient, and very reasonably priced. From start to finish, the team was friendly, helpful, and professional. They had me in and out in under 15 minutes. I’ll definitely consider going back for future oil changes. Highly recommend!

  I really like how quick, easy, and clean LOFX is which is why i'm a repeat customer. Jordan is super friendly and professional and took extra time after my oil change to quickly diagnose a leak in my washer fluid line. The leak itself was unrelated to the service, but helped me get pointed in the right direction for the correct, next repair.

  Told me they could not give me an oil change unless I gave them my address... I backed out and went somewhere else down the road. I understand getting customer information but look. Its an oil change. I provided my name and phone number. And last I checked my money spends just like everyone else's. Why do you need my physical address?

  Had a GREAT experience today! Normally, I just stay in my car while they change the oil, but today I went inside to wait as I was having my tires rotated as well. It was such a nice environment to wait with a clean restroom, coffee, hot chocolate, or bottled water while waiting. Even a ring cleaner to my surprise. Jordan was my contact person and he was so informative about different aspects of my vehicle that I asked for the manager to give him a compliment and he said I am the manager.! 😂😂😂 Free pens 🖊️ and air fresheners as well! 🫶🏽Even used a coupon that I always find in the Valepak.
