The mechanic and manager both went out of there way to explain what was wrong with my car in a way I could easily understand and they didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need like other auto shops have tried in the past. I would highly recommend their services.

They did the work although I sat there for an hour and a half and they were trying to charge me double The amount I was quoted. Luckily the manager Catherine did honor the price quoted and I appreciate it that they should not be quoting prices if they’re not familiar with the types of car, I had a 2018 Chevy equinox not some fancy car just a typical SUV.. I was very impressed with Catherine. I had heard her on a telephone call when I first got there and she handled a customer in a very professional way. I will May return as I said I was satisfied with the service.
