- BSBJ ShorterJan 28, 20261.0Used once for the first time to see what it was like. It was fast, left plenty of dirt on my vehicle and also RIPPED OFF the rear trim piece of my Yukon. Unfortunately I didn’t see it until I later in the evening, I will be calling tomorrow. For $23 I expected a clean vehicle. Now I’m facing a couple hundred in repairs and my vehicle is still dirty. 3 weeks later and I have yet to get any response from the company regarding damages. The GM was very unprofessional and did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation. They wouldn’t provide any information to me about contacting a higher up in the company. Refused to provide a copy of the damage claim. I will never return, and I strongly advise anyone who cares about their vehicle to avoid this establishment at all costs.
- JHJanee HodgesJan 13, 20262.0This location has deteriorated since I initially signed up for the membership. Not all of the brushes work in the car wash and half of your car remains dirty. Not all of the bays are operational, either both hoses don't work, have enough suction, or the air nozzle is off, broken or not enough air pressure. The location near the Outlets of Des Moines is ALWAYS better no matter what the weather is. I was going to just go there, but when the new car wash two minutes from me opens I'm cancelling my membership here. I'm paying $43 monthly for less than stellar service.
