I have used this location before. I pulled up today in the garage door was open parked my truck and three guys ignored me for several minutes while I stood outside of my truck and outside the garage waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I had my keys in my hand, and when one of the technicians came close enough to notice me, I took a step toward him to hand him my keys. He very rudely exclaimed do not step in here. You are not allowed! You can go wait in the lobby. I did not want to drop my key off and leave my truck for them to work on because the last time I was in there they took the screws out of my Air filter housing and did not replace them. This caused my vehicle to throw an air filter code which I cannot reset. I went to the dealer and purchased six dollar screws to re-close the air filter housing and I didn’t want Jiffy Lube to lose the screws again or even touch my air filter. hi went to the lobby and waited and just as I suspected no one came in to talk to me about what oil I wanted if I wanted any other fluid levels topped off or any other services. I actually did want the windshield wipers changed but was given no opportunity to ask. The same gentleman who kicked me off to the lobby came in to process my bill. I asked if he could help me and explain the Pryor situation with the air filter. He replied 1 minute and walked back into the shop area. My truck was no longer in the shop so when he returned to the truck, I walked out to observe what he was doing to see if I would be able to reset the code if it ever happened again. He very rudely told me to go back in the building and stay away from him and exclaimed that his test equipment cost $400! I wasn’t sure what the implication was , but I did not crowd him and I stood by the building waiting. When he returned to process my bill, I asked him what he meant by telling me to get away from him. He said I don’t like people to watch me work when people watch me work it makes technicians nervous . I replied work all day in front of windows where everyone watches you work are you sure that’s what your implication was instead of answering he told me code could be reset with his equipment and I would have to take the truck to the dealer. I asked him what the process was , and how I would be refunded for the cost of whatever needed to be done since the problem was created by Jiffy Lube. He again refused to answer the question one more time. I asked him what he meant by telling me to get away from his test equipment to which he currently dismissed me. I replied to him you are at risk of losing a business with 18 fleet vehicles in it to which he replied I don’t need your 18 vehicles. I smiled and said this is an interesting way to run a service business and you just did lose any future business from me or my business. Horrific customer service and questionable technical abilities at this location. UPDATE: I spoke with the owner who assured me this type of customer service is not how they do things. He is taking care of the issues. Thank you JC

Well I shared some information through a survey they sent me but I have more comments now… I tried to use the online customer survey and it’s not working. People wonder why computers don’t work for them?!? Because computers have learned how to be like their creators… the capture feature is preventing people from leaving feedback… that’s the error that keeps showing on my end… shouldn’t someone be fixing that? Or is the computer just supposed to fix its self?!? I’m not into this whole computer stuff. And there are problems that people are not addressing. How do I get my customer feedback sent into to you PRIVATELY… others don’t need to see what I have to say, unless that’s what you want me to report? I have questions about the invoice I received. Lug nuts torqued?!? Who did this?!? I never saw that performed?!? I could see my car the whole time..

If I could leave negative stars I would. Buyer Beware, they do not warranty their own parts. They replaced my alternator a few years ago (7/17/22) and it needed replaced again. The technician told me a new alternator should last the life of my vehicle. I was consistently heckled by another technician that I never bought an alternator from them. I have receipts. I had to pay again for this part. The place where they are getting the part - AutoZone- Has lifetime warranty on this part. Also, they needed to replace a battery they installed 3 months ago. I'm told it was done even though I have no proof (a receipt) that they did it. My car wouldn't start when I went to pick it up. They had to jump start it. I was told that if I left without my car getting fixed by them, that it would start on fire. This should tell you everything you need to know to know to stay away.
