- KSKen StaufferOct 31, 20255.0I drive a 2014 Prevost tour bus and was on tour with a very tight schedule. My bus had a high soot level and would not go in to regen. We called them and they got me right in. They knew I had to be out of there by 9 PM. They took guys from other jobs and put them on my bus. The service at Housby is beyond top notch. I have never seen such a big shop. Very clean and they even have a tech school on site. Great bunch of people who work there. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thanks guys for such a pleasant experience. P.S. they even took me and picked me up from my hotel. Who does that? They did.

- SGsteve goliasFeb 28, 20255.0My experience started by placing an on-line request for info on purchasing an Isuzu NPR HD through Truck Trader. John McCullum responded within minutes, and we were able to start the purchase process immediately. I am used to the purchase, build and delivery to take 4 months (usually one month longer than promised) on these trucks. The purchase agreement was smooth, with John giving us some great advice I had not received from other vendors, the chassis had the option installed at the port and the chassis went to the body builder two weeks after payments were complete. The box and liftgate were completed one month later. We received delivery of the new rig LESS than two months after placing the order. Communication was amazing throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Housby for your truck needs!
