  I had an excellent experience returning my rental at the branch. The staff smoothly handled communication with my insurance company to settle the payment.

  We had reserved a premium SUV for our family 7 to travel to FL for Christmas, but when we went to pick up the vehicle, it wasn’t available due to it being “damaged”. The only other option was a minivan. Super disappointing, as we were looking forward to having a roomier and more comfortable ride for our big family,

  “I had a disappointing experience at the Enterprise Rental Car in Ankeny. I rented a car from Friday morning to Sunday morning, but I told them I’d actually return it on Saturday evening, so I’d only need to leave my own car there just for that short time. Even though it was the weekend and they had plenty of parking space, they refused to let me leave my car there. They suggested I park somewhere else not affiliated with them and basically said if I got towed, it was my problem. Because of this, I ended up having to cancel the rental entirely. Just wanted to share my experience so others are aware.”

  Both local Ankeny Enterprise locations just so happen to NOT have ANYTHING available when I walked in. It’s almost as if they intentionally did not want to service me.
