Overall, the visits have been good and mostly smooth, but there have been a couple of hiccups. I do miss the day-ahead confirmation calls — my last two trips didn’t include one, and one issue probably could have been avoided with that heads-up. Still, I’m happy with the service overall and would go back again. I’d rate it 4 stars.
