Kelsey, who appeared to be in a management role, spoke in a very dismissive and unprofessional tone that came across as disrespectful towards the technicians. As a customer, you can tell when there is tension or lack of respect in a workplace, and it definitely affected the experience. Professionalism and basic courtesy go a long way, and unfortunately that was not reflected during my visit.

Sucked having to get the repairs done but the workers there were honest with me. Even showed me the website where I managed to save 30 bucks on my brakes!
