  Had a problem with a cracked oil filter gasket and lost oil. LOF even with 5 cars ahead of me, rushed me in to find out the problem, did a complete new oil change and filter, cleaned the bottom of my car, gave me a clean up kit for where the oil leaked onto the ground and did it all for free. Great service, and fantastic personnel too.

  I’m from Florida here for work and don’t have much time to schedule vehicle appointments so this was exactly what I was looking for. Super friendly employees and made it easy and quick. Will definitely be back while I am here

  Took my car in yesterday for a routine oil change, i was going to have a long drive this weekend to a family member’s funeral and decided to be responsible and get this out of the way beforehand. The kid performing the oil change took a really long time to find where my car’s oil was after messing with stuff under the hood. then they couldn’t reset my car’s oil service light after the oil change since their tablets haven’t been updated in six months. I get back home (only took three minutes since i live just up the street), and notice that green liquid is dripping from my car now. This has never happened before. I take it back, and at the drive thru service kiosk they tell me that it’s coolant and there’s nothing they can help me with because they “couldn’t have touched my radiator” during my oil change and to go bother a different auto shop about it instead. The service person was very rude about this and told me they hoped i have “better luck” and giggled. I’m now going to miss the funeral since my car is overheating after their botched oil change. I’m never getting service here ever again.

  Joe was the upper level technician that I interacted with (4/20/26) and he was amazing. Good conversation, very polite, and honest. I will make sure the next time I go in he is working. Overall fantastic service.

  2nd time here (for convenience and it being cold out) and a few days later, my son realized oil spot in our driveway. After my FOURTEEN YEAR OLD looked, he found that the O-ring was not put in the correct place. If my 14 year old, who has done a total of two oil changes, noticed this quickly, you would think the workers who do this all day, everyday, would know how to do it. My son recharged my oil and no problems since.
