  Came in for few drinks. Cashier was busy on his phone to notice me for about 5 to 10 seconds. Ringed me up. Then went back on his phone as I patiently waited for him to hit the credit card pay so I could pay for my drinks. 10 seconds went by then he looked up from his phone and says (oh paying with card?). I said yes. He proceeded to tell me I should have spoke up. First I should not have to speak up he should been off his phone during work hours and specially since there was customers in. Second he should have asked me how I was gonna pay not tell me I should have spoke up when I was waiting patiently for him to even notice I was standing there. This was on 04/28/2021 at 10:25 pm. I won't ever stop there again. Also would like to make sure that the store manager knows and corporate office. Me and everyone else that comes in there works to hard for there money and if were gonna spend the money we worked hard for at a place the least we want is good customer service.

  They advertise at 2.69 per gallon, but this is for their “super unleaded” which after asking the clerk the difference he said there is more ethanol added. They charge over 3$ per gallon for regular, not premium, regular. I was surprised at how rudely this was explained to us. Of course it is a gas station, but with training employees they can train some customer service. Also, they need to seriously work on the cleanliness of the entire store. Starting with the bathrooms.

  Every time that I stop at this Kum & Go, the bathrooms are absolutely FILTHY. Every single time. It's enough to make me never stop here again.
