- ATAlice TDec 19, 20251.0I THINK THEY ROBBED ME. I KNOW THEY OVERCHARGED ME AND MUCKED UP MY RESERVATION ON PURPOSE. DJ should be fired. In Blue states, Enterprise rental is AMAZING and the BEST. My first experience with them in Minnesota was seamless and perfect. But in Ames I was done very wrong, including wrong amount of time, wrong rate, given a car I was unable to charge my phone in, and they listed it as me coming back to Ames. No, I was moving away FOR GOOD from a very AGE discriminatory Red state whose only goal was likely to do me in for good Despite all the problems in the beginning, i got out to Colorado only to find them with 90 Mph winds, Xcel Energy screwing 10's of thousands over by shutting off their power, and the route I was going to take,closed due to wildfires. Poor Colorado! I had a Plan B location set and did that instead. Ames and Kearney, NE Enterprise did me a lot of harm, did things wrong etc. My Plan B destination turned out very good and they fixed it all. I do not recommend Enterprise in Ames. Not do I recommend the State of Iowa which did me so much harm! I wish I never came to Iowa and won't make that mistake ever again..
