- CACierra ADec 12, 20251.0ANYONE LOOKING FOR A SILVERROCK ESTIMATE, READ THIS. Will not be returning here. I did not get to experience any actual mechanic experience but if you are going because this place is listed as a silverrock preferred facility, find somewhere else to go. I went over a month ago and got an estimate done and they said they will get it to silverrock. I gave them a month because I wasnt sure how long it normally takes to hear back. After a month I called and asked for an update where they said they will look into it and get right back to me, asked for a call back number and never called back. I then called a few days later and same exact BS except this time they said "can I get a good call back number, im going to go up to the main office and will call you right back" never called back. Finally I contacted silverrock and they informed me that they havent even sent in the estimate. I called CarX one last time and asked to speak to a manager in which i was told the man was the manager, and told them about how I contacted silverrock and the estimate that was supposed to be sent in a month ago was never sent in and people keep ignoring me. He asked to place me on hold. And when he came back he said he would give my number to the manager because he doesnt know how to do silverrock (I thought you were the manager as u had stated). Guess what, NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. I have never had a worse and unprofessional experience with a car shop in my entire life. Absolutely pathetic. They could have said the first time I called "we havent gotten it sent in because we arent quite sure how to go about doing it" or when I came in with the car asked if I knew how to send in the estimate. I asked Silverrock to call CarX to explain and get the estimate that way and GUESS WHAT. They pulled the exact same BS with the actual company trying to help. Silverrock then sent me to a more COMPETENT car shop who was able to ask if I knew what needed to be done to get the estimate sent in and they were able to call and get it approved within 15 minutes during the same day inspection. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is worthless for phone service and people doing their damn jobs.
