I took the same tire and rim to another tire shop in Ames and they didn’t address the issue at all. I would highly recommend for anyone to use them for any repairs or when shopping for different tires. Also the charges about 2/3 of what the other shop did to fix it and they actually got it done faster and showed me they wanted my business. The other shop acted like they were doing me a favor to kind of look at it.
