  Great folks and great service. They hooked me up with two used tires at a great price, had them mounted and had me moving again in less than 30 minutes.

  I found a screw stuck in my tire and called Burgduff based on reviews. They got me in right away and quickly repaired the tire! Friendly staff and great service!

  Today was a follow-up from an appointment we had on the prior Friday to replace all 4 tires. During my appointment I was given two (2) sets of very good quality tires and they worked fabulous for us in our way home and the next morning to En-tire. On Saturday morning, while at En-Tire (in Ames Iowa off Duff Avenue), I was getting my front end diagnostic done and they were going to determine whether I needed to have further work done other than just a regular front end alignment. After my appointment at En-Tire, I immediately went to Casey's off Lincoln Ave near Taco John's? Within 3-5 minutes my passenger rear tire was nearly on rim and flat. From Casey's parking lot I immediately called entire and spoke with the gentleman in charge and explained what was going on he immediately denied everything and said it was not from them and that we arrived at the shop with the flat tire (which was NOT true). He then proceeded to tell me that the white smudging that was on my tire was because Burgduff tire used Fix-A-Flat in my tires. The third photo above indicating the inside of the tire shows ZERO evidence of Fix-A-Flat. Then the gentleman proceeded to tell me that the ring on the outside of my tire was caused because I drove on a flat tire and it was from my rim. The third photo indicating the inside of the removed tire indicates no rubber shavings and no evidence of the tire rubbing on the rim while flat. Keep in mind I live 20 to 25 miles away one way and I took the freeway doing 60 to 65 the entire way. My tire would have blown. Even burgduff agreed. Yet entire was completely adamant that the damages were not caused by their company or employees. It was then brought to my attention by burgduff that the lines on the tire were also on the inside of the tire but not as embedded and more faint. They gave a plausible possibility that it could have been damaged by the machines from lining the tires for the rollers. I do not recommend services at En-Tire, BUT I DO RECOMMEND SERVICE AT BURGDUFF TIRES, IN AMES IOWA! Through all the chaos and mishaps and frustrations Katie was an amazing person to deal with. She replaced my tire and I was able to drive safely again. I really appreciate Katie and ALL of the employees of Burgduff Tires. Without them I would have been stranded, literally. THEY SAVED US! I WILL ABSOLUTELY RETURN AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ❤️ Picture #1) Tire just bought @ Burgduff after our appointment @ En-Tire. It was flat for a 2nd time by the end of the SAME day (Saturday). After leaving En-Tire. Picture #2) Damages done & then BLAMED on myself AND Burgduff Tires (which was false BTW) Picture # 3) Removed damaged tire showing evidence of ZERO fix-a-flat inside the tire (as accused by En-Tire employees; possible Management)
