I dont know why the wash is $25 if you cant spray some windex at the end of it. Ill just go back to using my local $12 car wash and taking it home and using my own vacuum, air compressor and spray. RIP, i really liked this car wash before today

- DGDylan GaudineerJan 15, 20261.0Rocket carwash has damaged my truck two different occasions. First time they ripped my antenna off of truck. Couldn't do anything for me. Second time was a year later I decided to give them another try and my first time going through I came out with deep swirled scratches on side of door. I submitted a claim and was told they would investigate it and be in touch. I got an email saying I needed to go get two separate quote for repair before they can tell me if they will cover it. I asked them to call me and no response. I called into their number and they gave me a number directly to claims department. No answer for several days and several voicemails. They just forward your call to voicemail. They cannot tell you they are accepting your claim until after they see the quote for repair. This is no way to run a business. If you care about your car's finish I highly recommend do not use rocket carwash! Zero stars if I could!
