- JJJoshDec 8, 20251.0Worst wash ever at Altoona, IA. Car still dirty and employees said nothing they can do and that they are told to not spray cars. Try to call and email to ask who is going to finish cleaning my car and who is going to pay for the license plate that finally broke after bending in half so much from getting washes and of course no one responds no one calls no one answers their phones. Just ridiculous. Been trying for a couple weeks now because I really want to hear the excuses but crickets. There is another new wash place not far they will get a shot with my $100 a month now. Worthless.

The only problem I’ve ever had is that the automatic gate readers won’t pick up the sticker on my windshield, and the employees have to scan it manually. They’ve changed the sticker once, but it still doesn’t work so it’s probably something about my car.
