Everything about this place is a joke , prime parking spots aren't even clearly marked and they come around banging on your door at 10pm . Ridiculous money grab when the lots half empty. No hot showers, no food , just another useless disgusting truck stop. Its off my stop list from here on out .

The diesel at this gas station is no good. My truck was getting 9.6 miles per gallon, I filled up at this station and now it's only getting 5.7.

Maybe you should remove "lottery" from amenities, stopped in this after noon to turn in a few 5 or 6 nothing ridiculous. The mock bald man who started to help me was Inconvenienced by the lottery and helped the lady behind me, then walked away and chatted with people down by lottery station, came back to me and told me to go down to another register and again, helped someone behind me. I stood down by register I thought he motioned to and another employee helped me with my lotto tickets. For the record. I bought one item, I was sent there to get parts for a truck but decided to do the lottery since there was no one in line. Also, the 1st employee kind of scoffed when handed the lottery tickets, I understand it may not be your favorite part of your job, but your job nonetheless. I personally find it inconvenient to have someone die on my shift, but I deal with it, WITH MUCH MORE GRACE Than I was shown, and move on....

This review is aimed at the corporate office. They need to get on top of this store and do something about the manager of this store because they obviously don't care. How is it that a store that has supposedly been remodeled on the inside is still having hot water problems? They've had problems with hot water in the showers for months and even put up signs on the doors to shower "at your own risk" instead of fixing the problem. The DEF pumps were either frozen or completely out. They didn't have signs up anywhere stating the DEF pumps weren't working. I couldn't get a straight answer from the team member other than "they weren't working." I had to fuel at your sister store in Urbandale because of it. This is a consistent problem at not only this location but other store locations as well. Your competitors don't have this problem. The diesel pumps look like they are in need of a complete overhaul. Not only do they appear dated but they don't work right half the time. It's a nightmare to exit the facility during peak periods as the road its off of is super busy. Our company only fuels at Pilot but we're considering moving to your competitors if you feel your customers aren't that important
