  It was good experience. I did have 3 people infront of me. I was out in 30 minutes. Went through a couple of cars though. 1st one needed to be cleaned. Seccond one said needed a oil change. Third one was good to go. I understand the confusion due to one of the porters had a family emergency and had to leave. They did a great job for being short staffed.

  Everything was fast and informative. With a preference of a sedan I was given a newer model which was even an awesome option! With a friendly staff is all I need to be a happy repeat customer!

  Customer Service Team (Enterprise Waipahu) is Awesome 💯!! The rental process from picking up to dropping off was fast, easy and convenient. Rental car was clean and smelled like a new car. I would definitely rent from them again!!
