  My car before had a dent on the left rear door. I picked up my car and they took care of it. Waited a week and a half - in my opinion that was quick. I picked it up and it looked brand new again. They did an awesome job. Appreciate the time and effort they put into my car 🫶🏽 give it 5 stars cus they cleaned the outside really good 👍🏽

  For anyone with a high end sports car that is unfortunately in need of repairs... READ THIS! ... I want to start by saying that this entire process was stressful, not because the damage to my vehicle was severe, but because finding a body shop willing to properly work on my car was unexpectedly difficult. My situation began in late October and continued into early December. Between getting the runaround from the at-fault driver’s insurance and being turned away by what i would call a TECHnically UNIque Body shop that supposedly had all the certifications to work on my car without clear or respectful explanations. I was simply told "I personally as a person was not a good fit for their shop", they then later claimed my vehicle was a "specialty vehicle" but refused to explain what about my vehicle was considered specialty since the damage was minor. They also refused to give me my estimate when I asked for it and disrespected me by calling me impatient and saying " why do you have a problem with waiting, why are you so impatient". They only released it to me when i quoted the Hawaii Revised Statute § 437B-15 it felt like no one truly wanted to help me. They refused to work on my vehicle outright, despite having the certifications to do so, and could not give a definitive or professional reason why. As someone who understands their rights as a customer, that experience was frustrating and discouraging. Now the part you've been waiting for ...After all of that, I found Westside Auto Body Fender, and that is where everything finally changed. From the moment I spoke with David and even the front desk lady, the experience was completely different. They were all professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. David took my vehicle in without hesitation and handled the entire process with efficiency and integrity. Any requests or concerns I had were met with patience and clear communication, never excuses or pushback. David truly went above and beyond. Two of my tires were damaged, and because my car is a performance sports car, matching tires are essential to avoid tracking and alignment issues. He made sure all four tires were replaced properly even when originally only 2 would be covered which is something not every shop would take the time or care to do. He even refunded me money for an aftermarket part, something that speaks volumes about his honesty and character which actually falls in line with what is called The Hawaii Make Whole Doctrine. The quality of the work itself is outstanding. The black paint was blended perfectly, the repairs are seamless, and the car looks exactly the way it should. You would never know it had been damaged. I've heard about “Aloha Spirit” in Hawaii, but David is one of the very few people I’ve met who truly embodies it. After what i experienced at the previous body shop, I am glad i chose WestsideAutoBody to do my repairs. Davids professionalism, kindness, and work ethic made a stressful situation manageable, and I am genuinely grateful for that. I would recommend Westside Auto Body Fender to anyone without hesitation! If they can handle a high-performance sports car with this level of care and precision, they can handle anything, Thank you David!

  West Side Fender should get a 6star rating from me , they did an amazing job on our vehicle, the color was blended perfectly with the existing paint, clear coated a buffed to perfection. They also went the extra mile to buff out the headlights and detailed the interior. I definitely would recommend them for your next repair. Mahalo !
