  Three years ago, I was referred here and found the owner was personable, and I felt he understood my concern like it was his own. A thorough check was done on the transmission in my wife’s 2007 Veracruz. Returned it within a day, explained that the fix was not the transmission but a sensor, only charged me the labor cost. The best part is that the car has never given us any problems again.(I hope I’m not jinxing it by saying this lol) Definitely coming there again if I have another transmission concern.   I actually came here several months ago because I had a problem with my transmission slipping. I had taken it to two different shops prior and the first one told me nothing was wrong (clearly didn't even check) and the next shop temporarily fixed it and it started slipping again about two months later and when I went to take it back they basically ghosted me. So, I ended up calling here and I brought my car in. They held it for about a week or two which was no problem because I had another car and they made sure everything was fixed and the problem was resolved. Their customer service was excellent and always communicated with me what the status was. When I came to pick up my car, they showed me exactly what was wrong and what they fixed and also said they took it for a test drive to make sure it was running smoothly which I greatly appreciated. The repair ended up being cheaper than I thought as well. Great service all around, 10/10 recommend.

  Always helpful when I have called and John seems old school in the way he does things. You don't need to give him your credit card number before he answers your questions.
