  Beware! Terrible customer service and these guys are just looking to scam people to make their commissions. This morning, I came in needing to do a simple battery replacement, but after the Technician went to check my car, they said there was a more serious issue, and that they couldn't jump the car. As I was sitting in the waiting area, I overheard the employee at the counter talking to his colleague, "just charge them" which he was referring to another Customer. I thought this was very unprofessional and gave me the impression they like scamming other Customers. They offered to run a diagnostic test and charge a fee of $250 which I thought was ridiculous, so I just decided to go somewhere else. I called the insurance company to tow the car from the Goodyear Store to my parents' address as the store said it was completely unmovable. Once the car was towed to my address, the tow company driver said there was nothing wrong with the car and the only thing that needed to be done was to get a new car battery and just clean the corrosion off the terminals. He was able to jump the car and mention that Goodyear was just trying make money off of me when the battery could've just been replaced. The Tow Driver also ran a test with his car battery tester and told me my alternator was fine according to the numbers.

  The front desk who's answering the calls is very disrespectful. I asked the guy some questions and he keep giving me the same answer. He keep saying he won't know until he sees the car in person. The guy was anxious to hang up the phone while I still had questions to ask him. He didnt even try to explain it to me if its safe to drive my vehicle with the current condition. I told him my car issue and gave me generic answers. He has no customer service experience how to talk to customer over the phone and knows what to say. Guy needs to be Retrain immediately.

  I called around and literally No tire shop would fill my flat tire just because it was a motorcycle tire and they only work on cars. Good year was literally the only shop in waipahu that cared enough and helped me fill the tire with an air compressor.

  Had a tire repaired for free! Service was excellent also! This is my go to place from now on for any tire related needs! Thank you very much!
